One individual who I believe exemplifies the attributes of a true leader is my pastor. Dr. C.W. Wallace is a remarkable man who leads a congregation of hundreds of members. Instead of attempting to lead every single ministry or group, like Mr. MacDowell, Dr. Wallace tries to “grow leaders”. By getting their feedback and trusting his “team” Dr. Wallace can be competent and lead effectively. My questions for him will be

Michael, you are really bringing a lot of value to class. As one of the older students and most experienced leaders in the section, your wisdom and perspective truly enriches our interviews and classroom discussion.

Michael, as I write this on the 31st, you have completed three good posts. You have fallen a bit behind, however, and presently are missing the summary of yor interview with pastor and the post on how your views of leadership have changed. You can get these in still, for a bit less credit, so let's try to do that this week.
