Michael, thanks for writing such a thoughtful credo and building a creative voicethread. I think you have captured yourself well. You may, as you update this more on a year to year basis try to simplify the language and maybe shrink the size of the credo. It can be effective when it is something you can actually recall without looking at it on paper. I like your MS summary. What is particularly good is your reference to the traits that are associated with your type. It is a good synopsis of who you are. My only critique would be that you relied heavily on the trait listing where it might have been meaningful to have you assess how your skills can be leveraged to enhance the groups with whom you work. You are missing the post on the Goleman quote, so let's be sure to get on that soon...
